Shipping Policy

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  2. Delivery Time:
    Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 working days. Delays may occur during festivals or unforeseen logistics issues.
  3. Shipping Charges:
    Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
  4. Tracking:
    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  5. Damaged Parcels:
    Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with. If accepted, ensure to record an unboxing video for any damage claims.

Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Return Eligibility:
    Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item along with unboxing video proof.
  2. Non-returnable Items:
    • Used or worn jewellery
    • Items without original packaging
    • Customized or altered pieces
  3. Return Process:

    • Share order details and issue description.
    • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.
  4. Refund Timeline:
    • Once the return is approved and received, we will initiate the refund.
    • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
