Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days across India.
We are not liable for shipping delays due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking information is provided via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or incorrect products, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for return eligibility.
Custom, worn, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the fault lies with us.
